I personally would have liked to see something like this when it comes to Night/Light Fury flight differences:
Light Fury: While they may not be quite as fast as a Night Fury, their narrower wings make them more agile, making it easy for them to traverse their preferred homes (caves/cave systems) and allowing them to easily outmaneuver most enemies. Their differently shaped wings and fins also make them more adept at swimming.*
Night Fury: While they are not as agile as Light Furies, they are faster. Very few can even hope to catch up to/outfly a Night Fury!** Their larger wings also allow them to fly for longer periods of time without rest.
(*Just trying to make the Light Furies design make more sense haha and also make them seem more like an actual subspecies/very closely related species that has evolved to hunt/live differently than Night Furies because that's more interesting than just basically having a sparkly Night Fury that can disappear.)
(**Night Furies will always be the fastest fliers in my canon, basically nothing will get my opinion to change on this! xD)
Anyway, yeah exactly, she's pretty darn easy to see at night without her cloaking. Make me wonder if they are just referring to her being able to cloak at night and just wrote it in an odd way.
